Iron Structure in Saint Sophia Square in Haerbin 哈尔宾
I had to wake up early the next morning as it was time for me to move on to the next city. Haerbin was a really charming place and it had a surprising number to sights to see. I would have wanted to visit the rest of Heilongjiang province but I was concerned that I would not have enough warm clothes to make to the bitter north. Thus from here, I would be moving south heading towards Beijing. I needed to get to the train station of Haerbin, I have already passed it several times during my exploration of the city and I know where it is and how to get there.
Nice Blue Skies in Haerbin that Morning
Upon stepping outside the hostel, I was surprised to see a very bright and blue sky that morning. This was the first time I saw one in Haerbin as the cloudy skies frustrated me no end to the nice photos. I took the bus heading towards the train station and it passed by the Saint Sophia Square. Upon seeing the great weather we were having I made a quick decision to get off the bus and take some photos of the famed square. It was tough to take photos with all my stuff with me but I managed. Another good thing here was there were hardly any people. This makes for taking better photos here. Hopefully, I get a few.
