Minced Pork Congee with Century Egg at Great Taste Bakery and Restaurant

I was very pleased with my visit to Las Vegas and of course my visit to the United States overall. I explored a lot of Utah and spent a few days going around, mainly eating, in Las Vegas. Of course, I can’t be on vacation forever, so I need to head back home to earn my trip back. I chose to fly to Boston to stop over before flying back home since it seemed to be the most affordable option at the time. The flight from Las Vegas was at ten in the evening and it was an overnight flight though it only took around five hours but by the time the plane landed in Boston, it was already five in the morning.

I managed to store my luggage somewhere and I set off going around. The flight isn’t until five in the afternoon so I still have plenty of time. I decided to have some breakfast. Funnily enough, I ended up at the Chinatown area of Boston and found this place which sells dimsum, which is perfect for breakfast. I know I was in Boston but I don’t get this kind of food that much. I got myself some minced pork congee with century egg was well as a basket of xiaolongbao. It feels like it has been ages since I last had century egg congee and it was good. The xiaolongbao isn’t the best in my opinion, but it is probably the best in Boston anyway. There were other Chinese speaking people also eating here and for a while, it felt like having breakfast in a cafe in Hong Kong.
