Las Vegas at Night

I thought I wanted to go shopping before I leave Las Vegas but I ultimately I didn’t find anything I liked. I think there are more places to shop here in Las Vegas so I think I can give tomorrow another shot. I think I was starting to feel the fatigue from the long drive as well as the jet lag. It has still only been a week since I arrived in this time zone and I would find myself struggling to find energy when it finally gets dark. I decided to head back to the hotel area where I would find some dinner and also have a look around.

By this time, the sun had already gone down and but it was still quite warm. At least it wasn’t hot like when the sun is out. When the sun goes down, the lights go up. My hotel area was buzzing with activity. All the hotel lights and casino lights were all on. This was how I imagined Las Vegas to be. I know that I was only at the old part of Las Vegas but all of a sudden you feel that you are really there. I don’t plan on doing any gambling here. I was after the famed buffets they have here, though realistically, I think I can only have one of them. I had the impression that Las Vegas was dangerous at night but somehow I didn’t get that feeling. Sure, there would be the people who are drunk or just talking to themselves but nothing really overtly dangerous.
