I am in for a very long day. I just got off the plane from Boston to Las Vegas and I got my hands on a rental car for the week. So I was free to go wherever I want. The trouble with places like these is that public transportation isn’t very convenient nor is it very frequent either that it would be best to just rent your own car go on your own. If you have someone to share the rental fee, this would be even better. For me, I will not be staying in Las Vegas but I will be staying in a city four hours away. So I can’t waste any time and I need to get going. Fortunately, the rental car was in a rather remote part of Las Vegas and it had a little time to get used to driving on the other side of the road. Soon, you won’t be able to tell that I was only visiting.

It was good that the rental place was out here because I won’t have to deal with city traffic on my way out of the city. Soon, I was out on the highway. Traffic was very light in these parts but there are still vehicles here. I thought that I would be the only one on the road but this is not the case here. I know that this is already desert country but was surprised to see the amount of vehicles out on the road. Maybe it was because it was summer and you have to go out. However, it was incredibly hot. Fortunately, the rental car has air conditioning and the heat wasn’t so bad that you’d be advised to turn the air conditioning off or the car will overheat. I hope it will not come to that.
