It was a rare sunny day in Ireland and it seems that everyone it outside enjoying it. I was in the seaside village of Mullaghmore and it is packed with people. For some reason, people were at this area swimming. I noticed that other spots didn’t have any swimmers so maybe it was safer there. There is actually a larger beach on the other side of the village. I would have thought that people would be swimming there instead of this area. Anyway, it is actually nice to see thing kind of activity since the pandemic has ruled any kind of outdoor activity. At the time of writing, Ireland is slowly coming out of lock down and trying to bring back some semblance of normalcy. Then again, no one seems to know what that means anymore.

My visit to Mullaghmore gave me an insight into the struggle of all people to get back to how it was because. One may think that, hey, you can’t do that, you’re supposed to social distance but then again, you can’t really blame them. I continue to drive on the one lane road which went behind the village. This actually brings me to Mullaghmore Head. There aren’t as many vehicles here as it is on the other side. I guess, people don’t swim here. There are a number of caravans which still make parking difficult. I was only here to take photos and I knew that the caravans most likely won’t be leaving anytime soon. I parked behind one and started taking photos of the area. I noticed how the sea would have reflections of the clouds above the horizon, I don’t think I have seen that before in the ocean. I have seen that in lakes but not here.
