Twin City Grill

I went to the Mall of America to do some last minute shopping. It is actually quite handy that the mall is right next to the airport, so it would just be a matter of getting to the airport once you are done. As you already know, the Mall of America is the largest shopping mall in the United States. This makes it great for shopping for anything before you fly off. It was actually quite tiring to go around the mall. It is so massive that it would be okay to have a shop have multiple locations within the mall. Navigating the mall itself is quite straightforward. Much of the shops here are around the mall. At the center is a large indoor amusement park. When I was a kid, I was fascinated no end by the fact that it is so large that they can have a theme park inside the mall. These days, I’m not that keen on the mall anymore but it is still something that is nice to see.

Eating wise, it was surprised to know that it won’t be as plentiful as I thought it would be considering it is the largest shopping mall in the country. Sure there are several restaurants within the mall just not as many as I though there would be. I ended up eating at the aptly named Twin City Grill. The restaurant feels like a cozy place to have a meal. I ended up having their specialty the Northern Lakes Walleye Fish Fry. I don’t think I ever had walleye before but ultimately, it was more like fish and chips than anything else. I didn’t really notice anything different about the fish even if was one which I never had before. I guess I wanted to try it because it was their specialty. I had a very quick lunch since I still wanted to do some more shopping. After all, I desperately needed to change my wardrobe. You can wear the same shirt only for so long.
