Going to Running Eagle Falls

Much as I really liked the scenery at Two Medicine Lake, I can’t really stick around too long here. The temptation to just sit back in the car and admire the beautiful lake it so strong that I need to leave before I decide to spend the rest of the day here. There are no facilities here so there won’t be any where to buy food and drinks. There is an old hotel here which was turned into a store but it didn’t seem to be open. I thought it would be best to keep on driving and head back to the Going to the Sun Road since I was already there.

Along that way out of Two Medicine Lake there was a sign which passed earlier. There is nice little waterfall here and it seems to be withing walking distance of the car park. I like how the park management would point out these places so you don’t have to rely on a guide to point things out for you. Besides, once you purchase a ticket to the park, you would be given a map so you can plan your route. I can’t say that I have been going through the most efficient route but it has worked for me so far. This time, I will be visiting Running Eagle Falls and based on what I have seen so far, I will be looking forward to this waterfall.
