Going to Randalstown

Every few weeks, we would get tired of the country life and we decide to visit the big city. One of the cities we visit every now and then is Belfast in Northern Ireland. It is not too near, and not too far. The roads are mostly large enough without passing through too many towns. However, there is no direct motorway there and we have to travel through country roads to get the actual motorway. Once in a while, there would be major road works going on in these roads and we have to go through a detour.

I found these signs, while sparse, they tend to be correct, so even if you do not know the detour, you just need to follow the signs and you will be back to where you were supposed to be. In one of these detours, we were brought to a town call Randalstown, already not too far away from Belfast. However, we discovered that there were some gems here which might make the place worth visiting. Before coming here, I only knew that Randalstown is just another one of those exits I never take on the way to Belfast. This time around, I would get to spend a little more time here.
