Malbork Railway Station

I really didn’t know an easier way to get back to Malbork’s railway station. I never noticed public transport on my way to the castle so I thought the town might be too small for public buses. There didn’t seem to be any taxis waiting by the train station either. Perhaps it was because of the public holiday that there doesn’t seem to be anyone here. The railway station of Malbork is also a landmark onto itself. Like most of the landmarks here in Malbork, the train station is made of red brick. The station itself appeared to be larger than it is inside, but when it comes to train stations, this one was a modest one.

There weren’t a lot of other establishments around the train station. I was already hungry and I was trying to find a place to eat. I could only find a convenience store which had sandwiches. I would have preferred a meal but this is probably the best I could find. Besides, having a sandwich now means I can have something better for dinner. From the outside, the train station looks more like a school. I remember seeing these types of structures somewhere else and they were schools.
