If you have been on this blog long enough, then you probably already know my traveling habits. I seldom stay in one place for more than a night. However, in the case of Český Krumlov, I uncharacteristically stayed for two nights. I was with friends this time and although I think we could have been done the first night, I thought it might be better to just stay an extra night out of concern for my companions. I don’t think a lot of people enjoy the rapid fire type of visits and I admit, it can be tiring for me too, but this time, it wasn’t just my trip so I needed to be more considerate.

The next day, we finally checked out of our accommodations and it was time to move on. Our next destination is the town of Telč pronounced as “telch”, which is not too far away from Český Krumlov. It should take us around an hour and a half of driving to get there. Looking at the map, most of the way would be countryside so it appears to be easy driving. This was one of the reasons why I thought to start at the furthest end of our trip and slowly make our way back to Prague. That way, we won’t need to travel too far to get to the next location. I know that Český Krumlov isn’t that far from Prague to begin with but at least by slowly making our way to Prague, we know that we are slowly making our way to our final destination.
