I was at another stop here at Bryce Canyon National PArk. I have been to several stops along the driving route and I think one stop is just blurring into the other now since they look similar. I guess this happens when there aren’t any prominent landmarks for people to remember that they tend to look alike now. Unfortunately, Farview Point is one of those places which wasn’t very remarkable for me. Since the place is quite high up as well as being on the edge of a plateau, you can see quite far into the distance. Instead of red deserts, there is surprisingly a lot of greenery here.

Since the spot is quite high up, visitors can see far. However, this is not the only reason. The air here is so clear that there isn’t any pollution that can obscure far away places. In fact, Navajo mountain which is a holy mountain for the Navajo nation, can be seen from here. It is actually in Page, Arizona, while that deep into Arizona, it is still impressive that you can see well into the next state. I guess that is a testament to the quality of the air here. Hopefully it stays that way.
