I somehow made my way to the top of a hill which overlook the medieval town of Český Krumlov. My friends were back in the car chilling while I was trying to take photos from the top of the hill. There is a small church here called the Chapel of Our Lady of Sorrows and Holy Crosses. It had unique architecture and I was hoping for a closer look but alas, the church wasn’t open and I can only look at it from the outside. When I first saw this spot, I wasn’t even sure what I was. I thought it has to be a church but we had to actually came here to confirm it. Either way, this wasn’t the point of coming here in the first place. I was here for the view.

The church overlooks the town of Český Krumlov, so there is a view here. But as you can see, it wasn’t that great. I think it was a little too far for overlooking views but it is still close enough that you should be able to identify certain structures in the town if you are familiar with them. If not, there is a sign here which will help you do that. The view of the town is also partially obscured by trees but you can still see majority of the town. I wasn’t really pleased with the view. I was glad that I was able to make it here but I think I could have given this a pass had a known it wasn’t that great. Either way, it was time for me to make my way down the hill and back to the car. My friends are probably getting impatient now.
