We arrived early evening in the city of Prague in the Czech Republic or just Czechia. We checked in our accommodation and had a nice dinner of local Czech food. I was traveling with friends which means that I most probably won’t be able to see what I usually see. However, we rented a car which should facilitate our travels. We figured that since there were many of us, we would be able split the cost of the car rental as well as fuel, compared to taking public transportation here. Either way, that was something to do the following day. We didn’t go anywhere even though we were so close to old town square of Prague. I wasn’t in a hurry to take photos yet since we would be here a few days.

The following day, we checked out of the accommodation and head to our rental car. We would be traveling out of Prague and start our journey from the south of the country. If it sounds like this was something I would be doing even if I was traveling alone, then you are right. I planned our route and we will be going from Prague to the southern part of the country and slowly make our way back to Prague. We have a good few days, hopefully my friends will be able to handle the constant travel. We would be going to the town of Český Krumlov which is in the Southern Bohemian Region in the country. Driving in the countryside is quite easy. I thought that there would be a motorway straight to Český Krumlov but there wasn’t one. There wasn’t a lot of traffic along the way so this wasn’t any problem. It will only take two hours to get there, hopefully it won’t be too bad.
