As you can see from the photos, I didn’t really do much the rest of the day. I was walking along the Strip basically just waiting for dinner time. It was the day that I would fly out of Las Vegas. The flight isn’t until 10:30 at night which means I have time to spare. Eventually, it was almost dinner time and I set out looking for another place to try. If you have been paying attention, the past few dinners have been at famous New York steakhouses. I intend to complete the trio by having dinner at Delmonico’s.

This is the first time that I would eat at Delmonico’s. I only learned about this place long after I came back from New York. I was glad that they have branch here in Las Vegas. The Delmonico’s Restaurant is at The Venetian. It was still a little early in the evening and it was easy for me to get a seat. It seems that this Delmonico Steakhouse is related to the one in New York city but it has its own identity.
I got myself a ribeye, apparently their specialty. I must say that among the steakhouses that I have been to these past few days, this was the most different. I know that I got a ribeye this time but I have never had a ribeye be so tender that it falls apart so easily. It was super tender and at the same time I was wasn’t expecting this, thinking that something is wrong only because I never had steak like it before. In my mind, my steak should a be a little firmer, and more or less hold its shape. It wasn’t bad, it was actually very good, just different. Having tried the three, I think it is hard to say which one would be my favorite since each one of them have their own special traits. It was a great meal to end my visit to Las Vegas. I hope this won’t be the last time I visit this city.
