Closer Look at the Inishbeg Self Catering Holiday Homes

I decided to visit Inishbeg, a small island in West Cork. It is conveniently connected to the mainland by a small bridge. Apparently, this whole area is private property, so do keep this in mind when visiting. If this is private property, why would anyone even come here? It seems like the island was developed as some sort of quiet holiday destination. It is very quiet here, in fact, there were only a handful of cars when I visited. The sun was already out but there just weren’t that many visitors there. It seems like there is an entrance fee to be paid somewhere but there weren’t any people to collect the fee. I saw a sign for the gardens, so I thought to go there.

Before hitting the gardens, you will see the Inishbeg Self Catering Holiday Homes. This is a quiet place for families to rent for their holiday. There are several units to rent from but I noticed that all of them would be side by side each other. I probably would have preferred a little more space and thus privacy between units but that’s the space that is allocated for the holiday homes. I can see the allure of coming to a place like this where you just want to get away from it all. The place has access to the gardens and finally a pool behind the garden. I do see people renting the place, so I think it can be quite nice here.
