Multi-arch Bridge at Atrim Park

Turns out that there was a town named Antrim within County Antrim. These kinds of things confuse me. The park in Antrim is the site of an old castle and I wanted to see it. Antrim Park was surprisingly large. At the time of my visit, there were a lot of vehicles flowing into the park and I was forced to park at the carpark nearest the entrance gate, which means I would have to walk further in to see the interesting stuff. It was a pleasant walk though. There streets were lined with trees and you can see other people just enjoying the park.

Apparently there was a large event ongoing and the people were there to watch it on television. Some of the people were dressed up like they were going to a party which I thought was amusing. Anyway, I was after photos here so I bypassed the public viewing and continued on. Part of the park as a little stream running through it. They even have a pretty multi-arch bridge here. The park felt like a nice place to have a picnic of just hang out. Some people would come here to sunbathe as well since the sun was out. I always thought that was strange but then I realize that you don’t get much sun here so you need to make the most of it.
