Going to the Commune of Orange

I needed to finish up my visit to Pont du Gard since I planned to visit another place that afternoon. Although getting to Pont du Gard is quite simple since there is public transportation available, the buses are not very frequent. I walked back to the bus stop where I got dropped off and waited for the bus. I wasn’t sure where to wait since I couldn’t find the bus stop heading the opposite direction. Eventually, I was told that it was on the opposite side of the roundabout I was waiting at. It wasn’t very obvious that there was a bus stop either. There were no seats here so waiting wasn’t very comfortable.

The bus stop doesn’t have a shed and this made waiting worse since it was cold and it was threatening to rain. After a long wait, the bus eventually came and I was on my way back to Avignon. I got back at the same bus stop I got on earlier in the day but I found out that my next ride was about to arrive. I got a sandwich for lunch and I was munching it in the train station while waiting for the train. I think I can save some money by eating sandwiches for lunch and spend for dinner afterwards. I will be heading to the commune of Orange, which is a short distance away from Avignon.
