Walking Around Warsaw Old Town

When I was entering the Old Town of Warsaw, I immediately saw that it was a very attractive old town. It seemed like it wasn’t that old that it was too good to be true. I didn’t really know what was wrong perhaps everything was too perfect I suppose. I would eventually find out the reason and it would relate to the reason why it was elevated as UNESCO World Heritage site. The day was quite depressing and it was the just the beginning of my trip. I had a look at the forecast and it didn’t seem to be good. It seemed to get colder as the week goes on.

In the meantime, I have the rest of the day spend at Warsaw Old Town and already I was feeling how small the place is. I went to Piwna Street which is the longest street in the old town. I was told that there are a lot of restaurants which line this street and I would probably try to see where I can have dinner here. I was also due to stay at an apartment here in this street when I came back later in the week, so I might as well start looking for it. The old cobblestone street is lovely to look at but it sure is difficult to walk on.
