Inside Trinity College

This was probably the first time I have been to an educational institution as presitigious as this Trinity College. The Trinity College is Ireland’s oldest university and it is one of the several ancient universities in the region, which include names like Oxford and Cambridge both in the United Kingdom. Trinity College sits at the heart of Dublin and most of the city is built around it. It would be great to have been student here at such a great location. So much demand is it to get in Trinity College that you need to qualify to be able to enter Trinity College, and this is done through their school leaving exams.

Inside Trinity College was pretty much what I had expected. It has old and grand buildings at a large green field in the middle. It it mind-blowing to imagine that very famous people once walked these ground people like Jonathan Swift of Gulliver’s Travels and playwright Oscar Wilde once roamed these halls. It was surprising to know how many famous people turned out to be Irish, growing up I only knew their names and just assumed that they were from the United Kingdom.
