Inside the West Lake Tourist Boat

The very moment we entered the shores of the West Lake, numerous touts began swarming my friend. The touts are offering boat rides on the West Lake. You can see the boats they will be using just parked nearby. The boats look like they can seat about six to eight people and it is human powered. Somehow I am averse to machine powered boats here on the placid lake. I was actually quite interested in the human powered boat, as I think it would be a more authentic way of enjoying the lake. Anyway, my friend got irritated by the number of touts surrounding her so we just pushed past them.
