Butter Squid at Maggie Thai & Chinese Restaurant
Liang Seah Street is one of those streets in Singapore lined with a lot of restaurants and eating places. The food starts from a popular coffee shop followed by a slew of restaurants. The selection can vary from local to Chinese to Vietnamese to Western. One of my favorite haunts is this unassuming place named Maggie Thai & Chinese Restaurant. They are conveniently located near a pair of hotels, so a large part of their clientele are foreigners. The nice thing is that their prices are still reasonable.
