Assorted Barbequed Meat in Beijing

To be honest, I know nothing about Beijing food, of course this is aside from the world famous Peking duck which can be practically found in any decent Chinese restaurant. Other than that, I didn’t do much research on Beijing food. Is it just dumplings or something else? I was still feeling my way around Beijing and I wasn’t sure what to eat yet. Conveniently, the Beijing Lama Temple International Youth Hostel 北京雍和国际青年旅社was right behind a famous food street called Ghost Street or 簋街.
