Leifeng Pagoda 雷峰塔 in the Background

I could see immediately the difference between the travelling style of my friend and I. We were supposed to go to the Leifeng Pagoda next, if it were just me, I would have just walked all the way to the pagoda. It would have been nice to walk along the shores of the West Lake and experience the serenity of doing so. I did it the previous year and it was very pleasant. However my friends here, would have none of that. Instead, we took a cab and the driver brought us to the Leifeng Pagoda in no time.
