Crawling Along the Jonker Street Night Market
With a full stomach from eating at Eleven Bistro and Restaurant, I am now ready to plunge into the very lively Jonkey Street Night Market. Jonker Street or Jalan Hang Jebat as it is now known is probably the most famous street in all of Melaka. Every weekend this street is closed off to traffic as the street turns into a night market. I distinctly remember this night market the last time I went there. It was probably the presence of the night market that we missed having taste of Melaka’s famous chicken rice balls. How that turned out is another story.
