One of the most significant attractions in Bangkok is the Grand Palace. Fortunately for me, the Grand Palace was within walking distance of Khao San Road. I brought along a Bangkok map I got from Phuket airport which was really handy since I need to know how to get there, it wasn’t really easy navigating such a big city. Khao San road doesn’t seem to be very near the metro system so I can only go there either by cab or by foot.
