You can forgive the Chinese for making the Dujiangyan Irrigation Project more than what is it. After all it is just a dam. However, the nice gardens within the park make for a really nice stroll. Yet, it was still a fair bit of walking to the project itself. But it was okay, we were in no hurry, we just need to get back to Chengdu by lunch time to catch our bus to Jiuzhaigou.
