Bird Cages at Yuen Po Bird Market

As if this place was planned from the start, right next to the Flower Market is a rather interesting little park. This is the Yuen Po Bird Garden. As you might expect, this place sells all sorts of birds to keep as pets naturally. On weekends bird lovers, come here to show off their pets, mostly songbirds. Probably one of my favorites were parrots since they seem to be very intelligent. In fact, I saw a bird which was eating off its foot, much like a human hand.
