Bunratty House

It seems like the Bunratty Castle wasn’t the only place where the nobles stayed when they lived here in Bunratty. The castle didn’t seem to be the kind of place live every day of your life. It was unsurprising that they built a mansion near the castle. The Bunratty House was built for Thomas Studdert and his family lived here until the early 20th century. The Bunratty House looks much warmer than a castle and I don’t mind living in a place like this. Looking at the interiors of the Bunratty House it seems much more welcoming that the nearby castle. It is not surprising that they moved here.

Upon entry into the Bunratty House, it seemed like I was the only person there. I entered the main entrance and was looking for staff but I couldn’t find any. I proceeded to go in the room and I was surprised by the presence of a young woman, not a ghost, she was the staff I was looking for. She was sitting by the table writing something or was she just playing with her phone. She told me some information about the house and it was enough for me. There was no grand tour of the house but people are free to explore the house. Visitors can only have a look through the door but not enter the rooms. This seems to be a common pattern in these kinds of houses.
