There was a surprising number of rooms here at Bunratty Castle. One would have to remember where they passed through or they might leave out something. It is not very obvious where some places are and that is probably by design. The goal here is to explore every corner of the castle and that is where all the fun is. One needs to remember that there is more than one set of staircases and missing one would mean missing an entire section.

I was then surprised to see one part of the castle which few people seem to be visiting. I thought this was one of those places which get overlooked by most people. There were the usual rooms here but perhaps most importantly is a rooms which seems to be quite elegantly designed. The room here apparently is used by guests and perhaps coincidentally, the rooms looks a lot of like a hotel room. It is much unlike the rest of the castle. One could probably imagine this room being designs very recently. The room apparently has very important furniture which date to the 1600s. It really doesn’t show its age at all. Unfortunately, visitors can only get as far as the door, lest people start trampling all over history.
