Light Show at the Gardens by the Bay

One of the main activities here at the Gardens by the Bay is the light show at the end of the day. I have been to the gardens previously and I have seen the light show before but I didn’t have a camera with me at the time. I was here waiting for the sun to go down since I wanted to get photos of the light show. I had to wait a while since it was still early in the afternoon. I hung around the Marina Bay Sands just to wait for the light show to start. I made it back just in time for the show. It is best that the sky is dark to better appreciate the show.

Most of the people here had that watching the show in mind. It is one of the major activities here. There was a nice spot which overlooks the gardens and it was already full of people. I managed to get a few shots from there and moved on. The stairs was also a nice spot to take photos. The lights change here with the music which try to give an impression that you are in the forest. While it doesn’t exactly capture that feeling. It is still a magical experience. From the ground level you can get a great view of the supertrees as they are called. A wide angle camera is a must here.
