Going to the Cliffs of Moher

A Look at the Cliffs of Moher

We’ve been trying to find places to see at the Burren, for which it doesn’t seem to have a shortage of considering that it is supposedly quite barren it is it covered in rock. We last visited the Ailwee CAve upon the recommendation of my good friend. We were finally on our way to the intended destination which is still a good thirty minutes away. The drive there wasn’t very good as it was just small villages along the way. It was only until we reached the coast that things started to get interesting. The Cliffs of Moher are one of Ireland’s most well known tourist spots. I’m so excited to finally see it in person.

Going to the Cliffs is actually free, you will most probably be driving there and find that parking is not free. I guess, it is worth to pay for it since it helps to pay for the maintenance of the place, I think. There is still a fair bit of walking to go to the cliffs themselves, I didn’t mind the walk. The weather was good and the sun was trying to peek through the clouds. I think I may get lucky today. The day was short so I think I need to hurry to take photos. The cliffs are big so there should not be jockeying for space here.
