By this time we were already tired from all the exploration. The wind has been quite punishing for us since we have to push against it all the time. This is part of the adventure here when exploring the Wild Atlantic Way. Our last stop is Mullaghmore Beach. It is not surprising that Ireland has a lot of stunning coastal scenery. Its exposure to the Atlantic Ocean ensures that waves continuously batter the beach here and produces one of the most exciting seascapes.

Mullaghmore is a well known destination in Ireland and more frequented by surfers. Although there are a few interesting walks around the area, we don’t have time for that. The town is one of the larger ones we have passed through and it probably gives you an idea of the popularity of this place. The beach is better than the other beaches we have visited in the area. I liked that there was a coastal road where we can see the beach and the sea. I believe there are other interesting places to see here in Mullaghmore but that another story. We were glad to be able to visit all these places someday we would want to visit it in a proper way.
