Exploring Northern Ireland

I am fortunate to be based in a beautiful part of Ireland. This is a huge statement since I think Ireland itself is a very beautiful country. County Donegal is one of the wildest and most isolated counties in the country, its wildness and isolation makes it one of the most beautiful counties in the country. Our location in Ireland makes it easy for us to explore Northern Ireland which is currently considered to be part of the United Kingdom. Already from where we were it was just a thirty minute drive from Northern Ireland. Today, we will be exploring one of the most well known parts of Northern Ireland.

Probably unsurprisingly, the landscape of Northern Ireland is very similar to the Republic of Ireland’s. There only difference here is the flag which flies above it. We would be taking a trip to the northern tip of Ireland. Along the way, we passed by beautiful countrysides but we were still quite a fair bit away from the coast. We are heading towards county Antrim in Northern Ireland travel time for us would be almost two hours, fortunately, I wasn’t driving, so I was content on being the navigator for the driver.
