Heading Back to Puerto Princesa City

I was quite anxious at the Alternative Center since I would be going back that night but service there seems to be a bit slow and we had to rush through our food just to make sure I don’t get left behind. Actually, we already made reservations at the Ro-ro Bus which plies the Puerto Princesa-El Nido route. Well, our fears were unfounded as we were still able to get to the bus terminal with time to spare. It was dark here at the bus terminal as there is always a lack of power here. I thanked my friend for hosting me and boarded the bus. It was not full at all but there will always be people coming here at the last minute to catch a ride.

There are several trips at night but this is the one which gets me to Puerto Princesa at the right time. My flight will be in the morning so I would have enough time to get there. I was also thinking of spending the night in the city if I managed to find a place. However, my arrival at the San Jose Bus Station at Puerto Princesa city was met with tricycle drivers asking for a lot of money for a ride to Puerto Princesa city. I decided to just wait at the bus station and get some rest there until someone called me over and offered me a better deal. It was a bit too late to find a place to sleep as it was almost day break. I spent the reset of the morning at the local Jollibee which happened to be open 24 hours before turning up at the airport.
