Heading Out to Sea at El Nido

I was very excited to be finally starting our island hopping trip. I have been on an island hopping trip before here in El Nido, I was very impressed with the beauty of the island here that I decided to try the other tours they have on offer. El Nido’s islands are part of the Bacuit Archipelago which sits outside the town. This is a protected marine park as I have already seen previously. In my last trip, we visited hidden lagoons and swam in crystal clear waters. I expect more of the same here, hopefully the weather cooperates.

I was part of a small group doing the tour with a total of four people. I was happy since we don’t have to cram so many people into the small boat. Additionally, our tour guide and boatman can keep a better eye on us. As we were pulling out into open sea, we got a good look at Cadlao island, which is visible from El Nido town itself. We won’t be going there at all. However, there is a tour for the interested. However, it might be better if you just hired your own kayak and paddle all the way there. I think that is an exciting activity. Maybe I could consider that next time.
