Romantik Beach at Perhentian Kecil

Romantik Beach is a secluded beach on end of Perhentian Kecil. We arrived here by boat but I assume that there is a way to get here from Coral Bay by foot. As sleepy as Coral Bay already was, Romantik Beach is even sleepier. The sand is just as powder fine as Coral Bay in fact, it was quite blindingly white oweing to the afternoon sun which is shining directly at the beach. There wasn’t much cover here apart from some overhanging trees which don’t really provide much respite from the heat. The only solution was to take the plunge and cool yourself in the crystal clear waters. I am no expert when it comes to the affairs of the heart so I won’t be able to tell you if this beach was really romantic or not but one thing is for sure it was a really nice beach.

Probably the best part about being here was that it would seem that only we were at this beach. There weren’t any other boats in the area, probably their island hopping brought them elsewhere. The beach here is totally undeveloped with no cottages or resorts here. I would take some walking to get to the main resorts area. This also means that if you wanted to get away from it all, this is a very good place to do it. Romantik Beach is perfect way to end our island hopping tour, we got to see some of the best that Perhentian Kecil has to offer.
