On Board Our Boat Again
The name of the place which our boatman dropped us off was Turtle Beach, it was quite strange since the nearest beach was quite far away. I was under the impression that we will be walking along the beach and do some snorkeling there. It seems my understanding was wrong. We were dropped off at a point which was near Turtle Beach. We were then given instruction to swim to a certain point where the buoys where for pickup. I was lazily floating on the sea just admiring the coral when I didn’t realize that it was already time for pickup. I tried paddling to the point but it was difficult with the life vest on. I considered removing the vest to help me go faster but I was already alone there and I didn’t want to risk it.

In the end the boat came and picked me up where I was since I was taking forever to get there. It was a bit tough to get on the boat again, especially with the flippers which made it extra hard to climb the ladder to get on the boat. Pulling myself up the boat was also a challenge since I was quite heavy and I didn’t have enough upper body strength to pull myself up. The other passengers assisted me to climb up. I was tired, wet but I was happy to see the underwater scene at Turtle Beach. The boatman asked us if we were happy and all of us agreed. He probably sees the fish every single day but I’m sure it is still just as fascinating for him as it was for us. As for Turtle Beach, I never knew why it was named as such, probably because a lot of turtles nest here.
