Cubs Playing in the Reserve at the Siberan Tiger Park 东北虎林园
For the most part of the walkway at the Siberian Tiger Park, the tigers were gathering at the spot where the lady selling meat was. Not really surprising since the tigers are well aware of what happens when the lady is there. Strips of meat are given to the hungry tigers, for them it is survival of the fittest. Only one strip of meat is give at a time and the strongest and most dominant ones usually get it. The meat is tiny in comparison to the tigers and they are gone in a flash and the tigers are left staring at the amused humans to see if some meat would come out next.

It was then that I noticed that how close we were to the tigers. Only a fence separates us from them and although it might be possible to touch the tigers, it would be an extremely poor decision for obvious reasons. On the other side of the walkway, there was a group of tigers gathering near where we are. There were two younger cubs playing with each other and quite oblivious to the what was going on. There was a viewing area near them where you can observe them from above. I marvelled at how powerful there creatures are. It is a shame that despite all the power they have they are quite helpless against the relentless onslaught of humans in their habitat. Soon, we might only see them in reserves like this, probably just shoving them some meat for our amusement.
