Leifeng Pagoda 雷峰塔 in the Background
I could see immediately the difference between the travelling style of my friend and I. We were supposed to go to the Leifeng Pagoda next, if it were just me, I would have just walked all the way to the pagoda. It would have been nice to walk along the shores of the West Lake and experience the serenity of doing so. I did it the previous year and it was very pleasant. However my friends here, would have none of that. Instead, we took a cab and the driver brought us to the Leifeng Pagoda in no time.

The last time I was here, I walked along the shores to the pagoda, so I wasn’t familiar with the entrance that we were using this time. If you took the tourist bus, you would probably be getting off here too. It turned out to be a blessing, since there was a shot of the Leifeng Pagoda, which I didn’t see the last time. It was a stone tablet with the name of the pagoda and that pagoda itself on the background. I thought it was nice so I am sharing it with you now.
