Heading Back to Tai’an 泰安

I really should allocate more time for activities such as these but I end up budgeting too little time. As a result, I always find myself having to rush through one place to another. I guess I was lucky that Beijing was such a large place that I stayed longer than I originally budgeted for. However, this was not the case in Shandong province since I only allocated three days for the entire place including Taishan and Qufu. This probably not the best way to travel, but I guess it is just me trying to cover as much ground as possible since I don’t get to go on long leaves like this that often.

Getting back to the Qufu bus station was a little troublesome, I thought to getting the public bus back to the bus station but I didn’t see any, in the end I took a cab for a short ride back to the bus station. I was hungry so I bought a few snacks to eat on the two hour ride back to Tai’an. The ride was uneventful and I quickly fell asleep, when I woke up we were almost at Tai’an City. I was glad that I was able to get back to Tai’an so soon since I have a train to catch that evening. I don’t want to be stuck here just waiting for the next day train.
