The Confucius Forest was certainly very large and it would probably take half a day to explore it. It would be best to explore this place by those electric carts I saw along the way but I would only visit a few but important sites here. Fortunately, the Confucius Forest is quite tourist friendly, even if you chose not to take the electric cart. There are numerous signs here pointing the way to the important places. Thankfully there were also English translations here so it won’t be too hard for foreigners.

I came here to see the tomb of the great teacher Confucius who is part of the Kong family who owns the cemetery. Naturally, there were signs pointing the way to the tomb and all I needed to do it to follow them. In what seemed to be an important part of the cemetery there was a walkway which is lined by trees, but more importantly, this pathway is also lined with four stone statues to usher in visitors. This is the place and I could say that it is exciting to finally be here.
