I needed to breeze through the Xumifushou Temple 须弥福寿之庙 since it was getting quite late in the afternoon, I still need to catch the bus back to Beijing. Fortunately for me, the Xumifushou Temple was quite small and it would be easy for me to go through it. It looks much like the Putuozongcheng Temple , albeit on a smaller scale. The interiors were just a grand although they are still quite dark inside the building itself.

Must like the Putuozongcheng Temple, the main temple building here is retangular with another building in the middle where important ceremonies are conducted. I was surprised to see a monk inside the temple, apparently he sleeps there since I saw some of his stuff nearby. I was under the impression that the temple was dead, and I doubt that there will be any ceremonies here. Vast majority of the visitors here are tourists. Maybe that guys wasn’t really a monk but I wasn’t really sure.
