View of the Bharat Tea Plantation Valley from the Viewpoint
Apparently so big and vast was the Bharat Tea Plantation at Cameron Highlands that there were actually two viewpoints. These viewing areas naturally provided excellent spots to admire the plantation, they also make it a great place to sell to tourists. In both of these viewpoints, they built a store and a small cafe for visitors to have a little tea and then buy some while their at it. There were also smaller souvenir shops in the viewing area.

I had to walk along the highway zigzagging along the mountainside for a kilometer or two before the next viewpoint. The second viewing deck was much larger, thus there were more people there. More importantly, it gives visitors the opportunity get up close and personal with the tea plants. It was said that one of the highlights of a visit to Cameron Highlands was a visit to a tea plantation. I am certainly looking forward to this one.
