Although walking around Fort Canning was really quite enjoyable and rewarding, there is only so much you can see on this pace. After all is ia just a small hill. The shaded paths do provide visitors with nice shade to the weary walker, from these path there are several exits out of Fort Canning Park, naturally, one of them was where I came from which was the National Museum of Singapore. I decided to go out through another exit.

It really like the park was well planned as one thing just led into another. One of hte trails in Fort Canning Park lead right beside Clark Quay. I have never seen clark Quay from this side and was pleasantly surprised to know that there was a clear view of it from Fort Canning Hill. But of course the better view was still on the side of the Singapore River. There was a path from one of the trails which leads down Fort Canning Hill and it conveniently connects to a pedestrian overpass to Clark Quay itself. Well, that’s Singapore for you.
