Bench Beside the Road
When I got off the bus stop at Mount Faber, the lady driver told me to just walk straight and keep right and I will be on the trail. It was my first time on the trail since the government started connecting all these parks. For me, it was a pleasant surprise too. Although Singapore doesn’t have too much space for trails like this, they make every effort count. Since Mount Faber is Singapore’s highest point, the trail has nowhere to go but down. It may be a little awkward to see cars going up the road beside you as you walk the trail but there isn’t really much choice here since there is so little space.
