Siam Paragon Entrance

The Siam Paragon shopping mall is ranks as one of the largest malls in Southeast Asia and in the world. The upscale mall has an elegant modern design that makes full use of the limited land in the area. As a result, the mall is a vertical mall. The Siam district of Bangkok features a bunch of large shopping malls confusingly all with the word Siam on it. Siam Center, Siam Discovery and of course Siam Paragon. The Siam Paragon is by far the most chic of the malls in this area though.

While Thailand is more known for cheap bargain shopping, it also has its own fair share of upscale brand name shopping. If that is what you want Siam Paragon is the place to be. I only knew of this place because my officemates kept mentioning this place. I never realized that it would be just like its namesake in Orchard Road in Singapore also be an upscale mall. I guess the name should have already tipped me off. Anyway, I only came here for lunch and for snack shopping. I couldn’t care less about the brands being sold here.
