After I explored the Mahabodhi Temple, I noticed that there was a small temple behind the trees across the Mahabodhi Temple. Since I wasn’t in a hurry to leave, I decided to explore a little bit. The temple was actually attached to a small pavillion of some sort but no one seem to be there. I do not see any mention of this temple anywhere, so I assume this is one of the more recent and less significant ones. It could have been built very recently.
Finally, after a whole day to getting blasted by the sun, I found a nice place to take a walk without feeling hot. The area around the unnamed temple was quite pleasant with trees all around. For a place which is not very touristed this is as good as it can get here. I took a few more minutes to walk around to take in the fresh air before turning back lest I get lost with no way to get back to my driver.
