Curry Tofu at Khmer Kitchen

I am finally back in the town of Siem Reap. It was a really tiring day moving from one temple to another. Exploring the temples is also tiring because of the size of the temples themselves. Now all that exploring has made me really hungry, I’m ready for some dinner. Just behind the Siem Reap Market are a row of fine dining restaurants. These are obviously for tourists. The restaurants mostly serve local Khmer dishes. There are also some which serve other cuisines like Thai, Western, Chinese and Japanese. Here it doesn’t feel like we were in a third world country at all.
